Summary: This leadership role ensures the quality and success of WD Swim School (in other words, kids learn to swim and be safe around water and have fun). This encompasses all aspects of daily operations including member acquisition & retention, staffing, pool operations, customer service, and employee activities.

Key Activities Team Development
- Recruits, hires, and onboarding team members that are qualified to perform their role and have demonstrated a strong customer service orientation (and are fun people to work with)
- Coaches team to ensure high productivity, excellent performance, and swimmer enjoyment
- Plans & implements activities to cultivate great team engagement and job satisfaction

Member Acquisition, Retention, Sales & Marketing
- Achieves registration targets by driving new enrollment, customer retention & referrals
- Drives sales in merchandise & vending while maintaining inventory (ie. sells lots of great stuff to families)
- Supports development and execution of onsite marketing and promotional activities.
- Track & report sales performance to ensure the team is engaged to achieve targets

Pool Program & Member Relations
- Leads Member Service Representative team to ensure outstanding customer service to families
- Coaches team on class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and ongoing training (ie. make sure the team has everything they need to deliver great lessons)
- Ensures all corporate policies & procedures are fully executed within the facility (and always be safe)

Education/Experience:

- Over 2 years related experience in management roles with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Experience in leadership roles in aquatics, recreation, retail, or food service preferred
- Post-secondary degree or diploma Preferred. Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, recreation, or related field preferred.

Each WD Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each WD Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each WD Swim School location

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
