These types of people thrive because they are resourceful and can seek out information on their own to make informed decisions. **Duties/Responsibilities** - Assist tower crane and hoist technicians with any duties they need help with - Inventory counting and management - Unloading and loading materials - Cleanup and organization - Degrease cranes and skips - Perform maintenance - Operate skid steer **Working Conditions** - Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. - Overtime and work on weekends as required. - Long term, steady, year-round work - One paid 15 minute break and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day - Combination of inside and outside work. Appropriate dress required. **Competencies** - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Positive attitude towards safety - Punctual and reliable - Self-motivated - Willing to learn - Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined, physically fit **Requirements**: - Steel toe boots required - WHMIS 2015 required (we can provide) - Reliable transportation - Exposure to cold/hot weather. Appropriate dress required for weather conditions. - Exposure to noise, dust, pollution - Exposure to hazards such as heights, power tools, slips, falls, falling objects, sharp hand tools - Ability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time - Manual dexterity - Ability to lift between 11 and 25 kg. cMVMqABqHO
