We are seeking a **Construction Labourer** with a background in Residential/Commercial Construction to join our team**. **This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and advance your career. We are looking for people who are ready to learn, teach, grow and make an impact**.**

**Job Purpose**:
While reporting to the Site Superintendent, construction labourers must ensure that high-quality performance and compliance to project standards are maintained while following safety and industry protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for following Keller and client safety requirements and practices
- Works closely and communicates regularly with the Superintendent to ensure their site operates smoothly
- Maintains a visible and engaged presence on the site and act as a leader in safety
- Ensures their work and the work around them meets the quality and care that is needed
- Ensures worksite is kept clean and tools/equipment are maintained and in safe working order
- Works efficiently and professionally with all project stakeholders and employees on site
- Follows blueprints and building plans
- Installs structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding, doors, +and hardware
- Measures, cuts, or shapes wood, plastic, and other materials
- Operates Mobile Equipment safely
- Inspects and replaces damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Performs general labour on site as needed

**Employment Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Must have reliable means to commute to and from work daily
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in residential/commercial construction
- Current AWP, Fall Arrest, First Aid are assets
- Certifications in operating mobile equipment is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
