We believe that auto financing can—and should—be simple, human, and transparent. Your role will be key in turning calls into genuine customer success stories.
**What You’ll Do Every Day**
- Make the first contact with our clients (warm calls) to understand their needs and build trust.
- Respond professionally to information requests.
- Qualify clients for financing and propose options tailored to their situation.
- Support clients after pre-approval by presenting vehicles that meet their criteria.
- Manage information efficiently in our CRM and ensure proper follow-up for each file.
- Work closely with the team to close deals and ensure smooth, satisfying deliveries.
**The Profile We’re Looking For**
- Experience in sales (banking, automotive, telecommunications, door-to-door, or another relevant field).
- Asset: ability to read a credit file. If not, we’ll teach you
- Our clients are primarily French-speaking, but speaking English or any other language is a plus.
- We’re looking for someone articulate, team-oriented (no one-man shows here), and ready to “roll up their sleeves” to earn their income.
**What We Offer**
- A permanent position with a stable schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.5 p.m., one evening per week until 8:30 p.m., and one Saturday per month from 10 a.m.4 p.m. — evenings and Saturdays can be remote).
- Provided clientele—no need to prospect; you can focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Commission draw the first month, then 100% commission-based pay (No cap, your earning potential is in your hands).
