As a Head Supervisor/ Lead Hand, you will responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist the construction operations team through the entire landscape construction process.

**Job Duties**:
Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
Assistance in all aspects of landscape construction installation
Operate and use various landscape equipment (skidsteers, excavators, stone saws, plate tampers)
Drive Dump Trailers, Floating Equipment
Manual labour (not shy of physical work)

**Required Skills**:
Ability to use various landscape equipment (skidsteers, excavators, stone saws, plate tampers)

Valid drivers license and experience driving Dump Trailers, Floating Equipment
Skills to perform all of the above in a safe, efficient and compliant manner

Not afraid of responsibility and challenge.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Hardscape: 3 years (required)
