We are looking for **Full-Time Security **Guards** **in **Mission**.** **What you will get**: - $19.00/hour to start - Comprehensive benefits package (Full-Time employees only) - Easy access to the manager at all times - Training on-site **What you will be doing**: - Following policies and procedures of Guardteck and the Client. - Enforcing policies to ensure a safe and welcoming, family-friendly environment - Being proactive in the community to report vandalism and undesirable behaviour - First Aid Experience - Work Independently and Team Environment - Minimal Supervision - Good Communication Skills (written and verbal) - Respond to emergency situations - Writing and documenting incident reports - Maintaining physical presence - Using verbal de-escalating skills to resolve potential conflicts **What you should have**: - Valid BC Security Worker License - Experience in report writing
