Job Description:
Position Overview- Strategize, plan, and execute a variety of high impact customer events including conferences, trade shows, networking functions, and sales activations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to set event objectives, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.- Develop and manage event marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and targeted communications to drive attendance and engagement.- Oversee vendor relationships, venue selection, logistics, and on-site event management.- Ensure all events consistently reflect our brand values and deliver memorable customer experiences.- Measure event impact through post-event analytics, customer feedback, and ROI assessment.- Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and track progress against milestones.- Stay up to date on event industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our programs.

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer-facing events in marketing environments.- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.- Strong stakeholder communication skills- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency with event management software and digital marketing tools.- Creative thinker with a focus on customer experience.- _ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by event schedules._
