**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Lawyer with 2 - 5 years of experience in British Columbia to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing legal counsel to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of professionals and represent clients in both negotiation and litigation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support issues, and property division.
- Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients regarding family law issues.
- Manage a caseload effectively and ensure clients are kept informed throughout the legal process.
- Attend court hearings and mediation sessions, advocating for clients' best interests.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of legal work.

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
- Strong understanding of family law statutes, procedures, and precedents.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.

**To Apply**

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
