**Primary Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Monitor clinic schedules and ensure optimization of staff & resources. Assisting with client recalls as needed.
- Oversee Staff Development and Training.
- Create and maintain an effective support staff schedule for all locations including reviewing time sheets and helping as temporary support to cover as required.
- Ensure that staff check lists and standard operating procedures are being completed and adhered to.
- Assist with developing standard operating procedures and related training.
- Monitor Motor Vehicle and other Insurance Billing procedures and timelines including assisting Accounting with correcting any billing errors and ensure that accounts are collected.
- Organize advertising / marketing tasks as required.
- Assist with Troubleshooting and problem solving when issues arise in clinics (on call and on site).
- Ensure all policies and procedures (regulator, governmental, health & safety etc.) are followed and accessible to staff.
- Contribute to corporate growth by assisting with team building.

- Understanding of Admin and PTA positions within PT / allied health care clinics.
- Confidence in abilities.
- Flexible schedule.
- You must have access to a vehicle and be willing and able to travel between clinic locations in the Ottawa area. A typical day will generally only require you to be at one clinic location but occasionally you will be required to travel between clinic locations or suppliers and clinic locations to support clinical operations.
- This position is full-time and will typically be 40 hours per week. Occasionally you will be required to work additional hours. The clinics are open different hours but some open as early as 7AM and close as late as 9PM. This position will be majority daytime but will require some evenings and occasional Saturdays, particularly if staff call in sick or are unavailable to cover shifts. Patient care always comes first so you might be required to cover a shift on a Saturday or early morning or into the evening should you not be able to schedule adequate staff coverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
