**Summary**

The HR Generalist serves as a central point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to, compliance is maintained, and the workforce is supported in various initiatives. This role is responsible for serving as a strategic consultant to the client group and driving the overall HR strategy to align with the company’s goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist and support the Recruitment team to source and close positions as directed by respective Business Partner
- Using data for decision-making and planning
- Build bench strength through professional development, succession planning, and succession management
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
- Provides guidance on team-member addition, reduction, or restructure
- Partner with leaders to improve work relationships, improve morale, increase productivity, and retention
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Ensure terminations are in compliance with legal requirements, coach the managers on the termination meeting and participate in same

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
