**HR Generalist**

As our **Human Resources Generalist, **you:
- Facilitate the on-boarding process for employees.
- Support the off-boarding process for employees.
- Coordinate in-house and offsite training programs including vendor selection and coordination, communications and logistics and tracking completion
- Partner with designated operational leaders to support people centric priorities including;
- Annual objective setting process
- Talent review
- Compensation Planning
- Talent development activities
- Provide consultation and coaching in sensitive and confidential employee relation issues and facilitate the performance management process.
- Special projects as assigned
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce with a major in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources management; experience developing training programs a definite asset. Construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (including Teams and SharePoint); experience implementing HRIS and/or related HR software an asset.
- Bilingual in French would be an asset
