**We are looking for a regular, part-time, weekend team member in Calgary. This would be in the Granddaughters office for scheduling duties and in the field for HCA responsibilities as required.**
**Granddaughters Home Care Inc.** 2009 is Calgary based Home Care agency that is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for our vulnerable population. We are actively looking for the most compassionate and dedicated individuals, to join our family and truly make a difference in the lives of those that need us most. Our relationships extend not only to those we care for, but to the families that they love. This is a family experience, and our relationships are so critical to ensure that we continue to provide the highest level of private care possible.
- **Responsibilities MAY include the following**:_
- On call for support (back up) with all HCA and Companionship requirements
- Manage scheduling changes as needed
- Contact Granddaughters Team members and family's for scheduling updates
- Fielding incoming calls
- Strategize with management to correctly match and schedule caregivers with clients.
- Respectful, reliable, intuitive and experienced
- Committed to understanding the individual(s) in care and developing a trusting relationship with the client and the family
- Diligent attention to safety protocols and reporting
- Reliable, regular and accurate reporting to both management and family.
- **For those on our Granddaughters Home Care HCA Team**:_
- We require certification as Health Care Aide's in the province of Alberta (for those roles requiring HCA)
- We expect you to be registered on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- We require current First Aid and CPR certification, necessary before hire
- We require valid Drivers license and access to vehicle
- We expect an extremely compassionate presence and commitment to care
