As an Office Support Professional, you are an integral part of a collaborative and client-focused team, working closely with two Financial Advisors and an assistant to help deliver outstanding client service through a combination of relationship-building and time-management abilities.

By joining our team, you will receive comprehensive training with an experienced peer, and will continue be well supported by other staff at the branch as well as by a wide network of professionals at IPC head office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and follow-up on financial transactions and transfers;
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients;
- Foster and support client relationships;
- Assist in maintaining compliance standards in client dealings and files;
- Prepare documents for client meetings;
- Perform general office duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related discipline, or relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment;
- Ability to identify opportunities to create efficiency;
- Bilingualism a strong asset
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course or Canadian Investment Funds Course an asset

**What You Need To Know**

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
