Are you a skilled leader ready to take charge? We're seeking a dynamic **Service Manager** to lead our team of Service Technicians and ensure top-notch home repairs. As our **Service Manager**, you'll take the reins in managing service repairs for closed homes, overseeing minor drywall, trim, paint, and various repairs listed by homeowners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily site operations, addressing concerns and work orders with staff
- Manage water leaks, structural defects, and homeowner claims
- Drive Homeowner Survey initiative and maintain infrastructure readiness
- Attend and address escalated homeowner concerns on-site
- Supervise exterior repairs and seasonal tasks to completion
- Attend warranty meetings, reporting site updates regularly
- Coordinate with Service team to review events and plan ahead
- Support Service Technicians as needed
- Monitor model home maintenance program and repair costs
- Respond to emergency repairs across multiple sites
- Manage scheduled appointments and deficiencies to completion
- Conduct necessary MIR/PDI walkthroughs and execute Exterior Program
- Perform additional duties as required

**You will bring**:

- Completion of High school education level or higher preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in residential construction industry
- Ability to lead a team of Service Technicians.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of multiple trades functions such as carpentry, drywall, painting.
- Comfortable in the use of technology - smartphones, tablets or computers to record, review and communicate information related to deficiency lists.
- Flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel daily to assigned sites and to work at locations across the division.
