**Job Description**:

- 8+years of experience managing MS SQL Servers and Azure SQL database and/or related infrastructure preferred
- Experience in TDE configuration
- Able to handle all SQL Database DBA related daily maintenance tasks.
- Good exposure in Database and SQL Performance Tuning.
- Experience in Database/SQL Performance Tuning.
- Create logical models and build physical models
- Knowledge and experience in Data Migration from On-premise to Azure
- Installing and Managing SQL Server all the version
- Configuring and Administering Security /Policies/Resource Governing/MDW
- Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Cloud.
- Managing Database Performance using MDW
- Implementation and Administration of across the Datacenters.
- Planning for Production Storage and Capacity Management.
- Hands on experience on Windows issues monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Creating databases from the ground up.
- Design, implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability.
- Administer production and development databases, ensuring maximum availability
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively with Clients, Internal teams to resolve issues.
- Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting
- Trouble shooting and resolving database issues.
- This role may entail after-hours support on an on-call basis.
- Good working experience all HA and DR solutions.
- Good to have experience on Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google etc
- Strong database troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.
