Responsibilities:
- Receive and process payables
- Keep track and process monthly payables
- Ensure job closing details are processed
- Generate profit/loss reports
- Assist with job scheduling and product ordering
- Assist with other duties as required
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Excellent computer skills
- Familiar operating Quickbooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
