The Insurance Data Coordinator, Personal Lines, provides support and service to the managers, supervisors, and staff. The primary role will be to record and analyze important personal insurance data, while the secondary purpose will be to provide administrative support.

The Insurance Data Coordinator, Personal Lines, will report directly to the Personal Lines Operations Manager and has functional relationships with other managers and staff within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities*
- Entering personal insurance data and information into MS Excel spreadsheets and The Agency Manager
- Running productivity and efficiency reports
- Preparing personal lines sales reports
- Maintaining accurate and timely records
- Ensuring the integrity of documents, notes, and correspondence
- Carrying out other duties essential to the position as directed by their supervisor

**The Successful Applicant Will Possess**
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Experience with personal lines insurance is preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with The Agency Manager is considered an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills

**Working Conditions**

The incumbent will be based out of the Brentwood office. Hours of work will fall into the office’s opening hours, although the standard shift default is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Occasionally, an opportunity will arise to work overtime hours.
