**In your role, you will**:
**Leader methods**
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have a common objective: Maximize value generation within the company;Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the “Bombardier Operational Excellence” manufacturing management system;Participate and influence the management committee in the strategic orientations of the site;Guide the Industrial Engineering team in the execution of improvement plans, capacity management and the deployment of special projects in different manufacturing sectors;Guide the Business Intelligence Team in the deployment, improvement and maintenance of digital tools;Support and influence collaboration between departments and production teams;Understand the impacts of projects on the capacity of plant sectors;Support operations by helping and resolving manufacturing issues;Lead problem-solving activities in a multidisciplinary team setting;Act as a change agent with the parties involved to ensure their leadership of the execution part of the project;Prepare and present progress statuses during governance meetings with the factory management committee;
