**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Lead a team of project managers and business analysts to develop, maintain and execute the industrialization strategy across Bombardier’s manufacturing footprint.
- Create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives.
- Support the preparation of business cases that include financial and technical data to support decisions related to industrialization projects.
- Prepare and recommend scenarios for strategic projects and tactical plans.
- Prepare and present dashboards and status updates to management through industrialization governance.
- Coordinate the various internal and external resources involved in the projects the team is managing.
- Manage employees’ performance through the creation of a solid performance plan and grow employees’ skills with relevant development plans.
- Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools using Bombardier Operational Excellence guidelines.
- Maintain employees’ engagement and stakeholders’ support.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have a university degree in the field of engineering, planning, operations management or strategy.
- You have five (5) years of experience in project management in an industrial environment.
- You have experience in managing a team.
- You have good knowledge about aircraft manufacturing processes and machines, methods of assembly and aircraft components.
- You are recognized for your leadership and you have a very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others.
- You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications.
- You are a very organized person; you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
- You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
- You are able to work in English and French on a daily basis. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
