**Summary**:
Are you an experienced Equipment Operator looking for a change? Are you looking to be a part of a company that values your contributions and can provide continuous opportunities for growth? We are looking for an equipment operator experienced on multiple pieces of equipment for the 2025 construction season.

This role will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment, including Skid Steer, Backhoe and Trackhoe. Experience operating a Grader would be an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
- Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work area.
- Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance.
- Operate equipment on public or private roadways, maintaining proper awareness of ones' surroundings.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of various equipment.
- Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
- Operate other heavy equipment and other construction related duties as required.

**Qualifications | Requirements**:

- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Class 5 driver's license required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience within the road construction industry.
- Minimum 2 - 3 Years' experience operating Skidsteer, Backhoe, Trackhoe or other similar pieces of equipment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Weather dependent schedule of Monday to Saturday, consisting of up to 12 hours. Overtime is paid in accordance with local employment standards legislation.
- Out of town travel may be required, accommodations and Live Out Allowance may be applicable.
- Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50LBS on a regular basis.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required.
- Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.
