We are looking for a full-time Restoration Carpenter who will be responsible for all aspects of renovations on residential and commercial losses, returning properties to pre-loss condition after being affected by flood or fire. This involves physical work, which would include but not be limited to carrying equipment and construction materials. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Framing, Insulating, Drywall, Mud/Tape, Paint, Trim

ServiceMaster is willing to provide training and industry specific certifications.
- **Exceptional in drywall/mud/tape and texturing**:

- **High quality finishing ie trim and mouldings**:

- **Willing to work on an on call schedule and help as a restoration tech on the emergency side**:

- Knowledge of woodworking tools, methods of all aspects of carpentry
- Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials using power tools
- Install interior and exterior structures and fixtures
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and frames
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs
- Maintain company equipment
- Ensure supplies and chemicals are properly stocked
- Maintain company vehicles (includes inspections, maintenance and cleanliness)
- The ability to follow blueprints and building plans

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Posses a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictions
- Able to operate a company-owned vehicles
- Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check

- Renovation: 3 years (required)
- Drywall: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
