**Flooring Sales Specialist - Steinbach Branch**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is ready to join our team. Your duties will include:

- Guide customers through their purchase process in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Conducts in-home measurements
- Provide quotes to customers in timely manner
- Accurately records sales transactions into point of sales system
- Tracking distribution and delivery of product to customers
- Work with installers and contractors to schedule installation to meet customer requirements
- Works with supplies representatives regarding installation and warranty concerns
- Show a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Have great organizational and time management skills
- Look to build strong customer relationships with our retail and contractor customer base
- Will be driven to further grow the business by actively seeking out and following up on sales leads
- The ability to work in a fast paced team environment is essential
- Displays a desire to expand their knowledge and skill set
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be available for a variety of shifts including Saturdays
