As a Surgical Equipment Specialist for Canada East at Bausch+Lomb, your main responsibility is to promote and sell surgical equipment products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Your job description may include the following tasks:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers in the assigned territory.
Promoting and selling surgical equipment products, including but not limited to, phacoemulsification systems, microscopes, and intraocular lenses.
Conducting product demonstrations and providing technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure proper use of products.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in surgical equipment technology and providing feedback to the company's product development team.
Providing training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of surgical equipment products.
Achieving sales targets and other performance metrics set by the company.
Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's surgical equipment products.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's customer relationship management system.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
