**One Dental is looking for a permanent Front Desk Receptionist position at the Hydepark location.**

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented professional to join our growing and dynamic One Dental family. This role is the face and voice of our clinic, whether, on the phone or welcoming patients at the front reception desk, you will help set the precedence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling patients and providing the best patient care possible.
- Facilitate a pleasant and professional patient experience
- Obtaining and entering patient information into the system
- Following up with Patient insurance (breakdowns, predeterminations, and following up on payments)
- Working on Account receivables
- Keeping a full schedule
- Ensuring all patients are booked back, treatment plans are accurate and entered
- Keeping an organized work environment

Experience with dental software is an asset.

The office provides a great work-life balance with a schedule of Monday
- Friday 10 am - 5 pm approximately with the alternate Saturday shift.

Wonderful environment and great team relationships.

Qualifications:

- Experience in dental office administration is preferred. We provide training to employees with no experience.
- Must be proficient with computers and previous Tracker practice management software experience would be considered an asset.
