**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Advisor is involved in developing marketing strategies and implementing action plans to make them a reality. He ensures that he knows to know the target market(s), makes recommendations to position the corporate image and brands, understands the needs of all types of customers and identifies growth vectors.
He works in collaboration with the company's various departments to optimize the implementation of action plans and ensures to ensure that the objectives of the various brands are met.
Finally, the Marketing Advisor stays abreast of trends and new products to identify business opportunities in the Canadian and U.S. markets and to adapt the product offering accordingly.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- To actively participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- To be responsible for distributing sales information and writing content on social media, websites, and SalesForce CRM.
- To conduct market analyses (current products and future opportunities) and to monitor competition.
- To manage the marketing committee and ensure that communication between the team and other company divisions is effective to respond adequately to customer queries.
- To understand and to support the various internal and external sales teams (salespeople, manufacturer's representatives, wholesalers, retailers), and to create a link with product end-users and build customer loyalty.
- To manage the company's external communications and marketing activities, including the development and deployment of related strategies.
- To plan strategic marketing, ensuring that objectives, plans, and initiatives are in line with the corporate orientations.
- To ensure that corporate values are integrated into all marketing strategies.
- To manage and optimize Pardot, our customer relationship management software (SalesForce CRM).
- Any other related tasks established by his superior.
**REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in product brand management.
- In-depth knowledge of various merchandising techniques, both traditional (e.g., retailers and superstores) and social networking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (advanced level);
- Strong interest in our products.
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A go-getter, results-oriented and mandate-driven person.
- Team spirit.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to develop and maintain positive and lasting interpersonal relationships.
- Self-motivation.
- Analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Asset: you have already participated in the implementation, use and optimization of a CRM.
