**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
- Assist in the training of new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of menu items and service techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash or card payments.
- Knowledge of guest services principles within the restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations in food preparation and service.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
