We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Seamstress/Production Helper** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Sew garments according to specified patterns and designs, ensuring accuracy and high-quality workmanship.
- Follow pattern instructions and garment construction directions precisely for efficient production.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Cleaning and disinfection your work area for other co-workers to use.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Be flexible and adaptable to varying tasks and roles as needed in the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **seamstress or in a production-related sewing role, preferably in Sportswear or Apparel manufacturing is a must.**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and read pattern instructions for garment construction.
- Experience with a variety of sewing machines and garment production tools.
- Flexibility to assist with a range of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Typical Working Environment**:

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- As part of the manufacturing process, it can get noisy during production hours.
- **Communication between the team is a must** due to customer deadlines and ensuring a smooth process throughout each order.

**Experience**
- Sewing: 4-5 years
- Production: 4-5 years
