**Scope of the Position**:
Responsible for providing and presenting quotations to customers for various products and/or projects and forwarding to the Sales Department for follow up.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Prioritizing quotation requests as they are requested by customers.
- Communicating with vendors and requesting pricing for products required.
- Updating records for each project quoted.
- Updating Calendar of projects to be quoted for communication to sales reps and vendors.
- Filling in order sheets so they are clear for the project administrators to process (for purchase orders received by customers).
- Responding to questions and/or inquiries and providing information pertaining to products or projects being quoted.
- Preparing bids on projects.
- Managing contracts the Company has entered into.
- Participating in Customer meetings and/or supplier meetings as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Training**:

- High School Diploma required.
- University/College Diploma an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

**Experience**:

- Up to 3 years related experience.
- Product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
