CrossFit PTBO is a professional gym in Peterborough, and we’re growing To meet the demands of new members and a busy schedule, we’re looking to add a dedicated full-time coach to our team.

We are looking for someone who is committed, passionate, and eager to grow within our gym. A CrossFit certification or experience coaching in a CrossFit facility is a strong asset. Our training includes gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and ERG work—familiarity with these movements is beneficial.

- A full-time position with plenty of coaching opportunities under our roof—no need to juggle multiple facilities
- A collaborative, team-oriented environment where we prioritize delivering the best experience for our members
- Training on gym systems such as Google Drive, CRM tools, and programming platforms like TrueCoach

**What We Expect**:

- Strong communication skills—confident, well-spoken, and able to connect with clients from all backgrounds
- A team-first mindset—our coaches often collaborate to provide the best experience for our members
- Availability to coach on Saturdays
