**Job Summary**:
As the **Vice President, Business Excellence**, you will be responsible for leading the Business Excellence team in the critical success areas of Hospitality, Training, Culinary, Nutrition & Wellness, Quality, Marketing & Communications.
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Vice President, Business Excellence**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Oversee people development and succession planning/ identification for each functional area of business excellence
- Own the successful development and ongoing improvement of The Marquise Offer in retirement and long-term care facilities
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver above programming and tactical efforts at a high level
- Maintain overall accountability for the Marquise Quality Management system and client KPI dashboards
- Develop and lead the implementation of annual department plans that support the key focus areas of the sector
- Develop and manage a budget of approximately $1.4M annually
- Actively work with the sector president and business partners on growth strategy, proposals, and client presentations
- Liase with Compass Group Canada centers of excellence, people and culture, finance, and other support departments to synergize and develop/adhere to SLA’s where relevant
- Support operations in participating in quarterly business reviews
Think you have what it takes to be our **Vice President, Business Excellence**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit:
- 10 years experience in the hospitality industry with a minimum 3-5 years experience at a leadership level.
- Experience in managing multiple sites in the hospitality sector with proven growth and efficiency.
- MBA or master’s degree in related field and professional designation
- Driven, entrepreneurial and charismatic services leader with a strong track record of driving results.
