You can quickly and accurately enter test orders from various requisitions into the Laboratory Information System, as well as perform general administrative duties. You are self-led and accountable for your actions and learn from mistakes. Comfortably moving between worlds, you can develop positive, effective, and collaborative working relationships within a team environment. As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
As Required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant post-secondary education. Previous data entry experience within the last 6 months preferred. Training and experience in Epic Connect Care with CP Lab Assistant with Result Entry is preferred. Healthcare or clinical laboratory experience with knowledge of laboratory tests delivered. Medical Terminology, knowledge of medical laboratory testing. Experience, courses or training in customer service and/or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
