**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake various types of bread, including sourdough, baguettes, whole grain, and specialty loaves.
- Follow recipes and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Measure and mix ingredients, including flour, water, yeast, and other baking components.
- Monitor the fermentation and proofing process to achieve desired results.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Ensure that all products meet our quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to fulfill daily production goals.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bread Baker or similar role in a bakery or commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
