Compensation starts at $18- $20 per hour and is dependent on previous experience. Benefits available after 3 months of employment.

As a Baker at COBS Bread you will:

- Work with other bakers and the production manager to ensure bread quality and range is to COBS standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
- Be assigned to a designated area of responsibility ( Bowl, Bench, or Ovens ) and will cross-functionally train and learn all three areas.
- Provide delightful customer service
- Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work, and foster good working relationships.

**Requirements**:

- You’re a morning person as shifts start as early as 2AM.
- You have a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Weekend work is a requirement as is work on all public holidays.
- Possess or willing to complete First Aid and Food Safe Certifications
- Must be able to lift 25kg waist high and 12kg head high

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
