**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for experienced **Concrete Formers and Finishers.**

This position offers potential to grow in the Company, it includes a competitive compensation package, with fully paid dental & health benefits and Group Retirement Program, with employer matching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on a large concrete crew setting up forms, laying cement, operating equipment, finishing, site cleanup, equipment loading and transport.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of concrete experience in forming and/or finishing.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of road construction, with a specialization in Concrete.
- Must obtain Class 5 Drivers License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
