**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, metal, or other materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for framing tasks.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing as required for specific projects.
- Execute restoration tasks on existing structures to maintain integrity and appearance.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes according to project requirements.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability to work hard and under pressure at times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction framing is essential.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques is preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- Strong skills in woodworking, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Punctuality is a must and showing up late will not be tolerated
- Valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
