**Job Description**:

- Responsible for performing accounting operations and analyses related to AIM Group's fixed assets projects;
- Code fixed assets and calculating depreciation for all entities of the division under scope;
- Update and reconcile assets status and locations in the systems ( Maximo vs D365);
- Provide support to internal clients and act as a super user in our D365 Finance and Operations accounting system for the fixed assets module;
- Ensure the follow-up of the financial management of construction projects;
- Responsible for maintaining the continuity schedule of fixed assets as well as the assignment of tax class to new acquisitions;
- Participate in the development of annual capex budgets across the group;
- Participate in all process improvement projects in capital assets;
- Answer tax department requests regarding asset details (acquisitions, disposals..etc) during annual income tax return preparation;
- Various Ad-hoc analysis (lease vs buy, ROI..etc).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting and/or finance
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Very good knowledge of the accounting cycle and principles
- Knowledge of Maximo (IBM) and D365 (an asset)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and thoroughness; autonomy and sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
