**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Tallyman / Utility Worker** to support daily operations across our planer, moulder, and yard departments. This is a key role focused on inventory tracking, forklift operation, and general yard and mill support. If you’re organized, reliable, and experienced with lumber production systems like Milltech, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input production and shipping tallies into **Milltech**:

- Record and track stock produced by the planer, moulder, and inbound trucks
- Operate forklift as needed (ticket required)
- Band, bag, and wrap lumber loads for storage and shipment
- Identify and correct any grading errors
- Measure lumber for thickness, width, and length
- Follow all safety and operating procedures
- Support ad-hoc tasks and duties around the mill and yard

**What You Bring**:

- **Milltech experience strongly preferred**:

- Forklift experience and valid certification required
- Working knowledge of **Excel** is an asset
- Previous grading experience is a bonus
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and perform manual tasks
- Comfortable working in a mill/yard environment with machinery and equipment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and highly attentive to detail
- Team-oriented and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
