**SUPERVISES**:Cleaning Technicians

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm** at our office in Laval

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**_
- Assure leads & prospects are followed up on and converted
- Maintain or improve prospect conversion
- Document, track, measure (leads, conversions)
- Submit weekly reports
- Ensure cleaning technicians' schedules are full and all time slots have been filled
- Be a resource and support for the cleaning technicians
- Documentation in database
- Maintain daily stats
- **Customer Service**_
- Arrange cleans and follow ups
- Involve President when a customer cannot be satisfied or severe issues
- Coach Cleaning Technicians
- Make recommendations to management regarding trends, changes
- Document complaints & absenteism, issue complaint forms to Cleaning Techs
- Make recommendations for Cleaning Tech discipline or termination

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service and sales is preferred. Training is provided
- Proficiency in English and French languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and co-workers effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Additional pay:
