A Project Manager is responsible for the estimating and completing of small to large HVAC, mechanical and controls projects. 50% of the work is through our relationship with existing customers. 50% of the work is through tender process. This position compensates at a rate of $47/Hr + company vehicle. The following is a guide to the daily, weekly, monthly tasks of a Mechanical Project Manager.

Daily:

- Estimating and quoting potential controls and mechanical projects ($5,000-$1,000,000)
- Manage projects including, ordering material, arranging shop drawings and or mechanical drawings.
- Manage man power as it relates to projects.
- Assist service and project team in solving technical issues.

Weekly:

- Securing Contracts.
- Planning manpower.
- Estimating/quoting potential projects
- Deliver or arranging delivery of material for controls and mechanical projects.
- Assist service and project team in solving technical challenges.

Monthly
- Reviewing project progress.
- Review project financial progress.
- Project close out documents.
- Assist with the input on the hiring of employees.
- Assist management with changes and improvements to the flow of work.

**Education**:

- Plumbing or HVAC trade certification or Engineering degree in related field.
- Experience in the related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $47.00 per hour
