**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and promote professional growth.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Manage staffing levels effectively, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or store management roles.
- Strong skills in cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent training development abilities to foster team growth.
- Proficient in retail sales techniques with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1-3 years of management experience in food service, QSR, or retail
- Ontario smart serve certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
