Tim Hortons Store Manager

**Duties will include**:

- Overseeing the store’s overall performance and operations
- Creating a positive work environment for employees
- Hiring/ disciplinary duties of team members
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Inventory ordering and procedures
- Employee scheduling
- Restocking and cleaning areas
- Assisting in opening and closing procedures

**Experience**
- At least one year of management experience, preferably in the food service industry
- Proven ability to manage a team of employees
