Castle Fuels has an immediate opening for a self motivated, responsible individual for a **Customer Service Administrator **at our Kamloops Petro-Pass Cardlock location in Valleyview.

This position has a broad range of responsibilities involving office administration and support while providing exceptional customer service.

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch)

**The Role**
- Warmly greet walk-in customers and provide helpful counter customer service
- Answer and / direct telephone inquiries in a kind and polite fashion
- Accurately enter all payments received in cash register
- Politely respond to customer inquiries and further assist when required
- Complete various office admin duties, data entering, phone, mail, fax
- Assist with inventory counts and repurchasing
- Occasionally pick stock from warehouse when required or assist with cardlock duties

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.**
- Completion High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service skills; enjoys working with the public
- Comfortable working as a cashier & making change
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills
- Enjoys working both alone and in a team
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Must be physically fit and able to perform occasional lifting duties (pails & cases)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
