**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant or food service establishment.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in food service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements and enhance team performance.

**Skills**:

- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to food handling.
- Experience in cash handling and financial management within a food service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
