CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-time: 35 hours/ week, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hybrid work: 2 days in our Aurora office, 3 days remote
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will provide service coordination scheduling services for clients working with front line staff (Personal Support Workers, Home Support Workers, Client Service Workers), administrative staff and external partners to ensure clients services and needs are met. You will also provide client intakes weekly and provide support to Live Answer calls.
You must have both scheduling and effective documentation experience, exceptional telephone skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both official languages (English &/or French) and other language(s) is an asset.
