**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-market optimization.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless, user-friendly product experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to implement realistic and high-performance solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to drive product decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align product goals with Avante’s business strategy.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, tracking product performance and gathering user feedback.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven track record of leading and launching digital products to market.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and the technology behind digital products.
- Experience within the security industry is a significant advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with design, engineering, and business teams.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
