**Job summary**:
The Cyber security team is looking for a Security Analyst to join their team, you will work in collaboration with IT resources and management to ensure proper coordination and mitigation of identified incidents. Vulnerability first response, threat hunting and automated workflows are also part of the mandate. Moreover, you will collaborate on Groupe Dynamite cybersecurity program initiatives while ensuring compliance with performance and transparency obligations. The Security Analyst exercises an advisory and support role in information security in the organization within the framework of various intervention mandates related to information security.
- Ensure the evolution and optimization of security processes and support activities related to information security.
- Develop, implement and communicate policies, procedures, standards, practices,information security guidelines.
- Liaise with the parties concerned so that the new regulatory requirements are communicated to the right managers.
- Provide accountability on key information security indicators and participate in the development of the information security strategy, as well as the prioritization of security program initiatives.
- Monitor trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Provide support in the definition, selection and implementation of IT Security related controls to the IT Department.
- Communicate organizational objectives; inspire, motivate and train team members to
- follow and achieve organizational security standards.
- Conducting tests on a current system to determine vulnerable areas.
- Generate security reports to evaluate the efficacy of security systems and policies.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to collect and use information for improved business and operational performance.
- Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide management with compliance issues surrounding key business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about information security.
- 3-5 years of IT technology or operations experience
- Certification in Information Security practices and policies (an asset)
- Experience in data governance and information management related activities
- Knowledge of data governance practices, policies and procedures
Experience with security related technical tools (SIEM, EDR, Cloud consoles, Asset
- Management, Vulnerability management, etc ) and processes.
- Windows and cloud system security experience and/or interest
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and independent worker.
- Possess investigative nature and be self-motivated.
- Results oriented with proactive and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure against tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Must be a team player with ability to work closely with diverse groups and working styles
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, when required.The CRO team is looking for a Digital Optimization Manager who will lead the digital optimization by implementing a way of working with a set of tools to realize the full potential of CRO areas.
