**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with establishing and maintaining web content, social media posts, and print marketing tasks
- Conduct market research in real estate, and draft marketing proposal for projects including pre-construction development
- Create and manage Google My Business and/or Google Ads account
- Establish marketing consulting and strategies to boost brand awareness
- Provide pro-active customer service and technology related support
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Occasional travel may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
