Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various duties as needed such as driving vehicles between shops and the lot.

**Duties**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, including arranging vehicles in designated areas
- Perform regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good condition
- Assist customers with locating vehicles and answer any questions they may have
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting customers and addressing their needs
- Assist with moving vehicles as needed, including driving vehicles to different locations on the lot or to service areas
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and location
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the dealership

**Skills**:

- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.55-$19.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
