Position: Electric Bike Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly, maintenance, and repairs on electric bikes to ensure they meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with electric bike components, including motors, batteries, controllers, and wiring systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide feedback on product improvements and assist in the development of new features.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking parts and ensuring adequate supply levels for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both in-person and remotely, to address questions and concerns related to electric bike operation and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with electric bikes or similar electric vehicles is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
