Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Repair & maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, systems & groundsTimely process work orders/requests, prioritizing most critical repairsWork closely with maintenance, management, internal customers and other departmentsInspect and perform preventative maintenance which may include mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, interior and exterior areas. This is not a full list there may be other areas of responsibilityRead & Interpret blueprintsCoordinate with specialists internal and external when more complex work is neededSchedules maintenance, repairs and installations to minimize disruptions when possibleReport on and update management and systems on projects, status, schedules, completion changesAll other duties as assignedQualifications, Education And ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plusExperience 4 – 5 years’ machinery, equipment, internal/external facilities maintenance requiredExperience with manufacturing facilities.Solid working knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electricalMaintain confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.
